L-o-n-g Green Beans

I’ve wanted to grow Asian long beans for a few years. Our local Korean restaurant makes a tasty bibimbap using Asian green beans. Now i can do it too. This morning, i harvested  my first 2-foot long green bean. A single bean is a side dish all by itself.

What’s the taste of happiness?

A smile, a warm heart, and bibimbap.
