The Garden Club is having a plant sale on Saturday, so i’m dividing perennials and potting them up with compost. What a great opportunity to thin out some of the spreaders, such as bee balm.
What are some of the spreaders in your life? Too much stuff in the house? Too much irritation in the mind? Too many Netflix? Too much social media? Too many glasses of wine at dinner?
Are any of these “spreaders” your good friends? Do they have your best interest at heart?
Try giving up one of your spreaders for a day or a week. Your mental garden will feel so much better.
